Will the s70 ever be able to import GPX files for hiking?

I just found out that you cannot import hiking GPX files to the S70... VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

This option is not part of the current design, as the Approach S70 only contains golf course mapping, and not TOPO or other types of mapping to support use .GPX imported files.

You could try an app like Komoot. The S70 is listed as compatible.

Hi Chris. Many thanks for the suggestion, I have the Komoot app already which is good but it doesn't show a map. Just a line on your watch face. It also doesn't alert you if you go off course (which is handy when the back seat navigator is constantly asking, "Are you sure were going the right way?".
