map sync failed

Hi, I have tried numerous times to download the latest version of maps onto my watch (s70) via map manager, using wifi. Every time it comes up with map sync failed

It's unfortunately a known issue in the community, reported many times but without fix.
The only known working way to update maps is via Garmin Express and a computer.

Still the same issue with software version 21.19…

Garmin, can you confirm you are working on it? Lack of easy update of golf courses is a major issue for the s70

in the end i just plugged into Garmin connect through a computer and updated that way
