Imrpoving accuracy

Hi moved to garmin from Shostscope to improve accuracy of shot recording.  Finding real issues with missing holes and shots recorded being very different to actual score.  Appreciate practice swings etc have an impact but why is it not taking my manual updates during the round into account when uploaded?  
Happy to accept user error and be pointed to online guides etc.

    Depending on how you are attempting to update or correct shots during the round...the shot info may not be reflecting as desired. Taking a practice swing in the same location as the ball (1-3 yards) so the watch does not detect two shots is recommended.

    Please keep in mind, that shots cannot be edited during the round for those recorded directly on the watch. If the suggestions outlined on the support page above are followed, this can help prevent any undesired shots being recorded, and will help keep the actual full swing shots tracked consistently. Also the watch is designed to only track full swing shots taken during the round and is not designed to track partial swings, improvised rescue-type shots, or chip shots. CT-10 sensors are required to have putts and chip shots recorded throughout the round along with other partial swing shots.
