Since the Approach S70 does not have alert tones, only certain system alerts can be configured and turned off for the vibration function, but even if do not disturb is enabled...it will always still vibrate when the activity is started, paused, resumed, saved, or discarded.
The options for configuring alerts can be found in the Settings > Notifications & Alerts > Allowing "Smart Notifications"..."System Alerts"....and "Morning Report" to be configured.
For this specific request, I recommend submitting through our ideas page on the Garmin site, where you can submit your feedback through the site webform, which will get sent directly to the team responsible for reviewing feedback and ideas submissions for our products...and then it would be reviewed for future consideration for updates and improvements towards our products.
