Can’t Update to Latest Version

I cannot get my watch to update to the latest version. It will go through the process of as “Searching for WiFi, then “Requesting Software”, “Downloading Software” then it will say “Software Synch Complete” but no update…still on 16.55

I just connected the watch to my phone without using any internet connection and it’s downloading now.
