Virtual caddie building database

Does virtual Caddie take into account wind and/or lie when building up its numbers in your first 5 rounds? I know it does after the fact when it is suggesting, but are these factors affecting distance a variable early on?

I do not use virtual Caddie, because I'm playing Golf and not with my watch, I use only tournament modus ...

Regarding to wind: which place is used to take the wind into account? You need to have Garmin Golf app active on your smartphone, so is it the wind from the next weather station? And frankly said, I see no advantage for my shots and in competitions all these things are not allowed.

I use only the distance to obstacles and to the flag on the green and the scorecard, the other things are gimmicks for me ...
