In competitions using Stableford scoring, I've often found myself halfway through a hole without finishing it because I've finished my max strokes (score X). However, in such cases, I've never been able to 'close' the hole in to the Garmin S70 to move on to the next one. In practice, the stroke counter kept tallying strokes for the previous hole (in particular the distance from the previous stroke). I've tried switching holes on the scorecard, but the counter never reset even though I had already assigned a score to the previous hole.
Any suggestions?
Could this be a request for a new feature?
