Keep on getting "We are having problems talking to the Garmin Connect serve. Try again." error message

Keep on getting "We are having problems talking to the Garmin Connect serve. Try again." error message. As a result, watch doesn't show on the GarminConnect app / can't add it.

This is a $1,000 watch, Garmin Support. I'd like to fix the issue quickly and not have to wait months for Garmin to address the issue...!
