My Bag not updating CT10s S70

Hi all, wonder if you can help please?

I've paired all the clubs I use (half set for now) on my S70.

But not showing on the app on my phone, S70 all good.

I've synched the S70 and phone many times.

I've uninstalled the app, re-installed, re-connected phone, etc.

The app is showing a full set of clubs, should I just delete what I don't carry for now, and add clubs in later?

Ideas on a fix very welcome.

Best,

John

  • The My Bag section of the Garmin Golf app by default will have a 14 set of clubs listed that you can edit, delete, create new, or add to. The watch itself will only display clubs in the club sensor menu on the watch once the Approach CT-10 sensors are manually paired and added to the watch one at a time.

Attach each sensor to your clubs through the grip end > Put all of your sensor attached clubs back into the bag > Then select "Add New" from the Club Sensors menu in the "Golf Settings" section of the watch, or through the "Sensors & Accessories" section of the watch settings.

You must pull each sensor out of the bag one at a time, and once paired and assigned to a club from the list, put the club back into your bag to pair the next one.

Once all of your sensors are paired your watch, they will shut off and disconnect when when you put the club back into the bag. The sensor then wakes up and automatically pairs to your watch when pulled out of your bag. The sensors detect light and wake up when exposed to light, this is how they automatically pair while golfing.

    Hope this helps!

  • Hi, just added Ct-10 sensors. Played first round. S70 detected shots - to record score. However on App- cant seen shots on the plans / pictures of each hole. How do I make this happen? Thanks

  • I am trying to add a 7W.  I have added the club to "My Bag" and I have removed the clubs that I do not have (i.e. hybrids).

My watch will see the sensor and it also sees that the old clubs are removed but I cannot see the 7W club.  Please advise.

  • Make sure to sync the your device in the Garmin Golf app after applying the changes to your club list in the "My Bag" menu.

Once you select the Add New option in the club sensors menu on the device > Sensor is detected > Then it should prompt you to select the 7 Wood from the club list showing remaining clubs that have not been assigned to a sensor.

Make sure to remove the club sensors also off of the watch that were assigned > Then  pair and assign them to the new club list per the changes you made to the club list in the golf app.

Also confirm that no "unassigned" clubs are showing in the list of already paired club sensors on the watch.

If you continue to have a concern, I recommend calling Garmin Support to speak with a golf specialist and our team can guide you to a solution over the phone.
