S70 Swing Tempo not working

Question

I have checked your previous responses regarding this feature 
 1. The User Profile Settings is set to Left Wrist and the watch is worn on top of the glove as mentioned on the Left Wrist (I am right handed) 
 2. I select Temp Training and the values are all zeroed and the bar at the bottom shows green 
 3. The watch also vibrates with the 1---1-1 tempo 
 4. I swing the club back and forth a number of times and no numbers register 
 can you assist please

Are you making contact with a ball when during the Tempo Training activity, or are you swinging without hitting a ball? 
 Make sure to have the swing speed setting set correctly to your swing level, and in order for the shot to register a ball must be hit and it the Tempo app will provide the data.
