After hitting a shot my S70 asks me what club I used. Is it possible to edit the choice of clubs to whats in my bag. eg I use a 2 and a 4 hybrid but its not an option (closest is a 5 wood or a 4 iron.

You can customize your club list in the Garmin Golf app. After saving, they will sync to your watch and be visible during your next golf round.
I do not know the S70 and have no idea about this device.
In the Garmin Golf app you can select from Hybrid1 to Hybrid9 under "My bag". That should be enough.
as all mentioned you must update your "my bag" in garmin golf but just a heads up if you name your clubs like this:
