Begging for the ability to disable visible cumulative score during a golf round and only see the cumulative score when i select end round

Id just love the feature to disable the cumulative score readout in the golf app.  And im sure im not the only one.  Golf is more fun when you are not score focused and it would be nice to just input my score without knowing what the total is until the round is over and i select the end round selection.  

Is there any chance of this tiny feature-selection being added?

    Would like the cumulative score to be optional during the round.

    We are still in the process of reviewing reports for future consideration on this request. Although this feature is currently being looked into, there is no guarantee that a change is made.

    Just to chime in again … I was playing 18 holes today and saw my 9 hole score mid way through the round (I.e, the screen after 9 holes where it asks whether you want to resume the round). No joke it totally messed with my mind and my round blew up on the back nine because I was putting so much pressure on myself to shoot my personal best. It really would have been nice to have the option to hide my 9 hole score until the round was over.

    PS got the gray boxes again too. :(

    Yeah this happened to me too.  i was OMW to a personal best and accidently forgot to hide my score with my finger and destroyed it on the final 3 holes after seeing the score.

    I understand completely, and those in Garmin Golf do as well when it comes to golf, and of course it is good practice to eliminate any potential factors that may adversely affect play while golfing. 

    Once we have an answer or any announcements on this feature, I will be sure to notify everyone right away through forums and everyone with their account added to the ticket will also get emailed any announcements regarding the feature as well, as they become available.

    Similarly I was on a career low round yesterday, and seeing the score summary at the turn really got in my head - leading to two very avoidable double bogeys on the back nine. I still shot a career low, but it was harder than it needed to be.

    In addition - could I add a request to remove the +/- relative to par notification after entering a score for each hole? I don't want to know what my score is AT ALL unless I choose to look at it. Has anyone figured out a way to turn that notification off, or is that similarly impossible?

    OMG YES! I requested this a few years back and don’t understand WHY it’s so complicated to do! If I’m about to hit my PR and I have 6 strokes to spare on the final 18th par, I don’t want to know what my current score in order to avoid the yips ! Seems like simple code to just hide the cumulative score and initiated through a binary yes/no setting. Source: i build tech products.
