Garmin Express Upgrade V7,27.1 to V7.28.0.0 Problematic

Garmin Express V7.27.1 tells me there is a new version to update. When I use Settings->About->Install Now I get the following error message when trying to download/install the updated version.

Please double check that the computer is up to date with software then go ahead and restart it. I would recommend to fully uninstall/reinstall Garmin Express to see if that will help push the update through.
