No putts in Shot map or scorecard

Since 11/2024, my S62 is not sending the putt information to the Golf app. They show up on the watch face at the end of the round but when I look at my full scorecard and shot maps, it shows 0 putts. This was initially at only one course (Coyote Creek in Morgan Hill, CA). Now it's also at Spring Valley in Milpitas. I can enter the putts manually after the round on the app but not on Connect on the computer. Everything else is working fine.

Garmin Support opened a tag and said I need to send them pictures of when I enter the putts after a hole is completed, which I'll do this week. 


Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions?
