Touch screen stops working

My S62 touch screen stops working. when I read the ‘solutions’  one said to check if screen lock is on, unfortunately when I press the middle button, snd want to choose settings, I can’t as my touch screen dies not react…

also pressing any button freezes the seconds hand for 2~3 seconds before changing the screen according to the button pressed.

my watch is 2 years old and loking at the different forums there are tons of issues with Garmin units, both the watches and the golf software. wish I read the forums before buying this expensive gadget…

Also hope ‘someone’ from Garmin contacts me, I have several forum requests open, without feedback!
