My approach S62 has had trouble charging for the past 1.5 years. I’ve bought a new connection, wiped down both charging connections with rubbing alcohol, done soft reset and also connected with usb to a computer to recharge. There’s been times where it won’t charge at all and then randomly it’ll start charging again. It’s been a very frustrating process. Is there a way to replace the charging port on the watch? Exchange it for the same model or get a credit for a higher model?
