How can I not automatically show the score after 9 holes of an 18 hole round (S70/ S62)

A post with the above subject has been locked... It seems to me there is still room for discussion - 12 days ago a user asked "Has Garmin decided to do anything about this yet?" - the answer appears to be no. Garmin still appears to have no interest in updating the, most recent but one, top of the range model. I think it is important that people can discuss this and ensure that anyone purchasing the S70 understands that any software on the following model is unlikely to be updated on the s70.

That said, Garmin appears to update software where it provides an incentive to buy another Garmin product such as the Z30 (the range finder links to watch to show distance, I have it and it is very useful).

    This option is available on the Approach S70, but is not available on the Approach S62. 

    Older models of products are still supported for software updates as needed, and have received updates with new features that were not available at the time of release...this has occurred on the S62 multiple times since the device was launched. 

    There are not any announcements at this time regarding the option to hide the score becoming available on the S62...however, if any new announcements regarding this option become available...I will be sure to post here on the relevant threads letting users know.

    Locking old threads and duplicate threads is normal practice on the forums. Please refer to the verified post on this thread and in the old thread linked above in this comment for any information regarding the status of this feature for the Approach S62.
