Watch not going to main watch display after rebooting

Today my watch entered without a course as if I was playing while I was in the pool. When I tried to finished the round pressing the red button, this one did not work so I wasn’t able to finish it. So I entered settings to turn it off.  I did it and when tried to turn it back on, the following screen appeared and I cannot get back to the main watch display. Is there any way to bypass this screen and go back to using the watch normally? Thank you in advance

    Hold the middle button on the side of the watch until the display goes blank (takes about 10-15 seconds of holding) > Then release the button once the display is blank. 

    Then briefly hold the middle button again until you see the Triangle logo appear on the screen and the watch should reboot normally without the screen pictured above showing. 

    If you continue to have concerns with the rebooting the watch, please contact support and avoid pressing buttons if the watch is still displaying the menu in your photo.
