+1. Same issue here and also tried all alternative cables/usb ports/chargers combinations but nothing..
As for step 3.. the buttons on my S62 are on the right side of the watch? Power button is on the middle right.. Seperate is the Light button which is bottom right?... what do you mean with LIGHT/POWER button on the upper left side of the watch?
Please help me to understand better and provide alternative solution as step 3 is not working.

My mistake on the description of the button location....as we have other devices that feature a 5 button design with the power button in the upper left side of those devices. I have corrected my last response above. The power button on the S62 is located on the middle right side of the watch.
Holding the middle button for 20 seconds while the device is connected through USB port to a computer > Release the button > Then disconnect and reconnect the charging cable to see if the green triangle appears on the screen.
If you notice an outline of a battery appear on the screen instead of the Triangle logo, keep it connected for a bit as the low power icon will remain on the screen while the watch charged up enough to reboot and display the regular loading screens leading to the charging icon then appearing on the device.
