Garmin now locking threads and want supply support ticket numbers for faulty golf app

Cody as previous request could you please supply me with how I can raise a ticket item for the Garmin golf app as after 4 years still no way of finding incorrect shots without trawling through 200 hundred rounds of golf.  Locking a thread is just showing utter contempt towards your Customer base.  You stated you have forwarded my concerns to the appropriate department that sounds like spin to me.  Or even worse Garmin has no intentions of improving its app.  the Garmin Connect app is simply is in a constant improvement cycle.  I realise that this is used by every watch user  so it is a flagship app.  

  Shutting down threads for clearly subpar app is not the best customer service.  Again how do I raise a support ticket to fix this app.  My only concern is the improvement to Garmin golf products.  As mentioned the watch design is brilliant.  I feel your primary concern is to protect the imagine of Garmin golf and to shut down customers with concerns  as why it hasn’t be fixed in  4 years.  These are the facts my concern is identical to 4 years of posting.  Customers are entitled to feel let down and frustrated  Garmin Golf.   I am unsure how any product development team members could explain to Garmin executives why this hasn’t been addressed in 4 years.   Especially considering the advancements in your hardware. 

My tone has been polite and not argumentative and I do take offence of your assertions that they are..  If this issue was raised only last week then no problem the sad reality is that it is now 4 years old with no ETA for improvement.   This obviously would be embarrassing for Garmin as it is a simple fix.

    • The reason for the thread being locked was also communicated to you via direct message as to reason immediately after it was locked. 
    • Those that would like to have their account added to the ticket for the feature request can contact Garmin Support or may send me a direct message to be added. 
    • Refer to main thread topics for posts, as duplicate threads may become locked to refer users to the main thread for the topic vs many threads on the same topic being scattered, as one single topic where the discussion is visible on one thread keeps the info easily accessible to other users.
