S62 has 2 holes interchanged - How to report / get fixed?

Hi,

On my Home course, the 9th hole shows as the 18th and 18th as the 9th.

How do I report this to Garmin to get it changed?

    They do updates 4 times a year.

    In the meantime, you can manually change your hole to #18 when on #9 and vice versa.

  • The report form linked above is proper to report any concerns with courses. Before submitting a report, ensure that course mapping is up to date on your device by installing updates using Garmin Express, and then check and see if the issue is still present with distances, hole order, layout, etc. 

    Submitting the form through the Garmin site will result in the email entered when submitting the form to be notified once the update containing the fix for that course is available to install. 

    Be aware that it may take some time before the update for the course you reported to become available, as updated are released on an as needed basis, and are bundled once enough changes have become accumulated...so it can take a few months before the update is available. 

  • Just wanted to clarify...updates are released on an unscheduled basis throughout the year. The amount per year may vary depending on how many corrections are needed, new courses open, and updates to the mapping throughout the year.
