Since the update to version 4.40, battery drain has been shocking! THis is being confirmed and reported bu large numbers of users on Facebook forums. Is a fix being worked on?
The 4.40 update specifically has not been attributed to causing rapid battery drain at this time, so hopefully any users experiencing the concern have reached out to us directly to discuss the concern.

Please try install third party watch faces and see the drain. NOw before you go about telling us that Garmin does not support or vet third-party watch faces, consider this: I downloaded it from them from garmin connect and these watch faces had no issues before the update.
We would suggest going to the download page for the content you have installed, select the "Contact Developer" option, and report the concern to the developer as they are responsible for updating the 3rd party content, as we make updates to our products.
