Constant Issues And No Resolution

I think its time to get rid of the S62 as there are no customer service responses to the constant problems 

Constant issue with 2 clubs having to be reassigned everytime i start a round

Then the watch will lock on the time face so i have to power down and restart the watch and go through the whole process of starting a round and reassigning clubs again

Now i have a constant notification on my mobile saying - Garmin golf is still running to maintain a constant connection with you garmin device which i can't clear

I did receive a private message on the 15/05/2023 saying " 

I have added your account to the ticket our quality and engineering team is working on. Any communications from Garmin regarding this specific issue will get emailed to your account as it becomes available. 

Thank you for confirming, and for contributing to Garmin Forums"

I have even replied recently too this message but have had no response what so ever......

  • A solution while the fix for this issue is being worked on, is that you can use pair the the CT-10 sensor to one of the club options that are not becoming unassigned...and then nickname the club to differentiate it if you already have that same club in your current list. 

    Any club offered in "My Bag" can be added multiple times, you would just need to nickname the club to differentiate them, and the name change will also display on the watch the name you set in the Garmin Golf app. 

    User accounts that we have submitted to our team working on the issue, will also receive any communications from Garmin as they become available.
