Syncing data from app back to the watch

Hello,

Sorry for what I imagine is a really naive question. I have just played my first round with the watch but I incorrectly inputted the number of strokes while on the course.

In the app I have updated the strokes and it is showing the scorecard correctly on my phone, however the watch still shows the original data.

Is there a way to push the correct data back to the watch so that it shows the correct data in the "Last Round" view please. I have tried syncing from the phone and turning the watch off and on etc.

Many thanks,

James

  • The last round feature on the watch will display the original score from what was input and saved directly on the watch from the last of golf you played. The only to get the info to correct itself is to record another round on the watch, so the last round watch face, and widget features for last round changes.

Editing the scorecard within the Garmin Golf app will not adjust the score for the last round showing on the watch because the feature on the watch is using data separate from what was edited in the Garmin Golf app.

During the round, you can edit the scorecard prior to saving if you happen to catch the error in the strokes on scorecard, and prior to ending/saving the round, review your score to ensure the scoring information is correct if you are able to when finished with the round.

  • Thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.
