When Pairing CT10 Sensors, My Bag of clubs is not showing

I recently got the CT10 full set of sensors. I recently added a 5 Wood to my bag and created the club in the Golf App. When I go to assign my sensor, which was not previously assigned to any club, the list of available clubs to assign the sensor to is only 2 past clubs that I "retired".

To be clear, this sensor was never assigned anywhere else. The 5W is the 14th club in my bag. Its odd that when I try assigning the sensor, my only option is 2 "retired" clubs. The number of retired clubs I have is 6. So I did not hit the maximum number of clubs that you can have in the app.

On the Garmin Golf app, my bag is set up perfectly. The 14 clubs in the Garmin App are the 14 clubs I have in my bag. You would think that the S62 would recognize from the app what my bag is and what clubs are available.

My guess is there is some type of issue with syncing the Garmin Golf App and the S62. However, the devices indicate that everything is synced.

This is quite frustrating as it is obvious that there is a 5 wood in my bag when seeing the Golf App but the S62 just isn't getting that information.

Please assist! Thank you!

  • I have 16 clubs and they are all synch'd fine. I suggest you delete all the clubs and add them all again. I just did that with mine, because 2 densor's batteries were dead, once you get the hang of it the process goes quickly. I tested the connections in all the clubs to make sure the batteries and connections were still working, it took me 10 minutes. Once you get the hang of it the process goes quickly. I have 16 clubs and they are all synch'd fine.
