Oof.. I am not sure of the specific answer, but if it were me, I would return and purchase another one. Did you get it from an authorized retailer that will make it easy for a return / repurchase?

Were the seals on the packaging intact?
I almost think you have been slipped a used, returned watch. Send it back and ask for your money back.
