Measure Shot function

In settings, confirm that Scoring, Stat Tracking, Club Prompt and Record Activity are enabled.  A watch update or accidental finger press may have changed one or more of those settings.

Do you have "Big Numbers" activated?

While playing golf, wear the device on your leading wrist for better shot detection: right handed --> left arm.

The fact that a golf shot is not recognized now and then does happen. But consistently over 10 rounds is very unusual. There may be a defect.

Give the watch to your teammate during the next round of golf. Have him wear it tight on his arm. Then see if his strokes are detected. If not, replace the watch.

Hhave a look in the user manual.

Thanks.  I've checked that these are enabled.  But still the Measure Shot function is not working.  Any further clues?

Does the swing tempo feature work correctly?

Contact your local customer service.

Return it and get a new one.
