When I first wore this watch it recorded sleep data then suddenly one day it didn’t and hasn’t since. Had chats and calls to support with no results. Has anybody have this issue resolved ?

I was given emails to follow generic steps that didnt apply to s62

One thing a tech ask me for was my serial number on the back of s62. With that he could determine my last successful sleep data do they have something at their website that has to be tweak?

I had approach 20 with golf or sleep and they said that it’s was down a walla they fix something there

Has anybody had something fix at their end ?

I’m replying to above to keep a record

a record of sleep data available about 10 days after the above on a Saturday and available go about ten days Then after charging the s62 and not having on my wrist that night. Ever since no sleep data

Because maybe the app golf is paired with watch is it a coincidence that after playing and saving the round the last day health data recorded

Each time I restart the connect app I get a green message that flashes by quickly

Your health and activity
data will display here
the next time you sync.

but of course nothing synchs later when I sync

Well I found an answer . First turn on heart rate ( watch settings/ sensors and accessories). Then the connect app on your phone select more …..then select health stats select sleep and everything comes with it
