When I first wore this watch it recorded sleep data then suddenly one day it didn’t and hasn’t since. Had chats and calls to support with no results. Has anybody have this issue resolved ?

I was given emails to follow generic steps that didnt apply to  s62 

One thing a tech ask me for was my serial number on the back of s62. With that he could determine my last successful sleep data  do they have something at their website that has to be tweak?

I had approach 20 with golf or sleep and they said that it’s was down a walla they fix something there

Has anybody had something fix at their end ?
