What is the best way to track / record Badminton games using my Approach S62?

I play Golf and Badminton and so far it's been very useful for Golf but now I would like to track some basic health metrics from playing Badminton.

What is the best way to enable that so it auto tracks my Badminton sessions, i.e. so I don't have to turn something on each time I play (which I can do using the Fitbit but would prefer to ditch the Fitbit completely).

I'd like to track at least the basic metrics, e.g. heart rate (levels through the session and max for for the session), distance covered, etc. and then see back over time how it has varied.
