The scorecard that shot distance was recorded too long showing as an outlier distance would need to have the shot deleted on the hole/holes it occurred on.
You may edit the shot through the Garmin Golf…
I understand, and my response was simply to offer info accessible in how to make the edits to the scorecards to resolve the issue.
My response did not intend to disregard frustrations users are experiencing…
Agreed - until Garmin gives us the ability to quickly remove outlier distances for any given club, the performance stats we are being shown are essentially useless. It should be a simple database query…
On my watch it will show average and max shot length with a club, and result (left/right/short/long/on target).
I'm not using this on my watch as it will not be correct anyway. At some stage You will forget…
What is the purpose of the performance stats on the watch then?

My response did not intend to disregard frustrations users are experiencing with finding where the adjustment needs to be made...as I realize the current method of editing can be time consuming if some users have many scorecards, and are not sure which scorecard, or hole contains the shot needing to be edited.
Garmin is in the process of reviewing reports from users wanting a more convenient option to correct the error, and I have reached out to those commenting their frustrations for more info to submit directly to our team currently reviewing the concern.
