Never seen that for the courses I use. Is this only for one hole or everything for that course? Likely their course mapping update has messed up. Best thing would be to include this screenshot and your course name where this occurred to Garmin. Should be easy for them to correlate the data in your profile with their mapping coordinates, though who knows how long it would then take Garmin to release an updated map.
