Does Garmin offer a service to replace a screen and refurbish an Approach S62? My screen is not as responsive and the watch is difficult to charge. Out of warranty by a couple of years.

I scratched my screen a couple of years ago and it worked fine right after.  A few months ago, I noticed that trying to scroll and move items on the screen is nearly impossible.  Also, it takes some contorting to get the watch to charge.  Watch is about 3 years old now, and I love it.
