Hello, we recently released an update to resolve this issue. Please make sure the watch is updated with Garmin Express. A sync during this update will push that shot data to the account.
Any future shot data will sync over to the app over Bluetooth.

I followed these steps and it works as a one-time fix, but I have to keep plugging the watch into my computer after every round to get the shot data to sync.
Plugging the Garmin into the computer to update the software worked. However since this link the hole by hole shot details still does not download to my phone or iPad. I do not believe we should have to link to the computer to enable this function to work?
Agree. The watch and the CT10 sensors are a nice little frill for the 10% of the time that they're fully functional... But for two years they've been more trouble than they're worth. Like nearly $1,000 for all this stuff and it's just troubleshooting since day one. Plus the sensors fall off, get lost, the battery covers fall off... Just a big pain.
Have you tried syncing golf data via Bluetooth after updating the watch firmware?
Yes. Firmware is up to date via Gamin Express. Syncing with Garmin Express while plugged in does update the shot tracking as a one-time fix. But the very next round I play, shots won't be tracked again and I need to re-synch while plugged in every time.
Garmin has 3 programs to interact with the watch - Garmin Golf, Garmin Connect and Garmin Express. I use Garmin Express to update firmware and course info. For each golf round I use Garmin Connect to upload my scorecards. My watch golf settings are Scoring - Yes, Stat Tracking - Yes, Record Activity - Yes. Haven't had any issues getting scorecards to sync and be visible either via Garmin Golf app or via the Web on my PC. My phone for syncing is Google Pixel 3 with Android 12.
All the programs are installed and I use them as well. My settings are identical to yours. The scorecards sync via Bluetooth, but the shot tracking does not. It is tracking the shots though... It just won't show them to me until I sync via Garmin Express. Galaxy S10+ with Android 12.
