How do I get a refund for the S62

The S62 has become a waste of arm space since the latest firmware update. It no longer does what it said when I purchased it so I would like a refund.

For clarity, the firmware change that means the score entry no longer shows as you reach the green and has become so unreliable as you walk away that it only shows 1 in 3-4 holes.

Please advise ASAP. Thanks

If just recently purchased, you can also look into returning it to the retailer if within the return window.
