Frozen watch s62

I am waiting for my third watch to arrive, as my first watch and the  replacement watch froze 

does anyone know if garmin have got a problem with this watch and not telling us 

if this new watch freezes how do I get my £480 back; but hope it doesn’t as the watch is fantastic 

  • Probably not what you want to hear, but I've had my watch for 14 months and not had a problem.  Seems to be very important to keep the Garmin phone apps updated though for things to keep working smoothly.  Talk with whoever sold you the watch and find out from them how many replacements they have had to provide - that should give you a handle on what the actual failure rate might be.
