Permission Required Notification Android

All of a sudden I keep getting notifications on my mobile as attached picture shows, when I press the notification it dissapears and there is no option to press "Don't Ask Again"

No settings have been changed and I can't see a way to stop or correct it...?

Hello all, please make sure Garmin Connect app version 4.39 is installed along with the Garmin Golf app and let me know if this permissions issue persists.

I have exactly the same problem, Google Pixel 6 I have enabled notifications but after each restart of the phone I get this notification..If selected it just shuts down with no action available

Same! It's absolutely doing my head in. I've tried all sorts of settings to get rid of it. Might just delete the app!

Hello, I am not sure this isn't an issue with Android OS. We wouldn't have control over that notification banner. It is possible that going into the phone settings (Settings > Apps) and allowing permissions for the app manually may resolve the issue.

No, I've tried this many times on all sorts of settings. I've even logged out of the app and I still get the notifications. They are becoming more frequent and no more helpful.

This issue is happening to multiple users. Please log an internal ticket and have development look into a patch. It may well be OS related, but you're the application affected so it's incumbent on you to try and resolve it for your user base.

This solution has worked for me on Android.

Settings - Apps - Garmin Golf - Permissions - Then click all the items Calender/Call Logs etc and allow. I also did the smae for the Connect app and have not had the popup since.

Yes same with me. I deleted Garmin golf and it stopped. But now I don't have garmin golf app. Please provide a solution!
