No notifications for almost a month!!!!

Very frustrated with Garmin.  

I'm starting to regret spending over $700cdn on a part time smart watch. 

My notifications haven't worked for almost a month now. Contacted Garmin and they told me they can't do anything until the new update which is ETA January.....

Not sure what the hold up is. I have a pixel 6 and my smart enabled apps have changed per my screenshot. It used to have all the other apps in my phone but for some reason they don't show now. 

Doe anyone have a fix to this?????
