Garmin S62 Not recording shots, not prompting for club, not showing shots on map after round, not

I recently purchased the S62 to replace my S20. I have yet to get complete use of the new watch after three rounds. I do not get a club prompt for tracking my shots during the round. In addition when I sync with either my Garmin Golf app or Garmin Connect App on my phone or connect it via USB to my computer, and iMac it simply shows a score with no numbers on the score card. I did have a number and a map view of my holes for the first hole. After that I had to input all my scores and putts. I have re installed both Garmin apps on my phone. What is the remedy?

  • Hello, can you try to sync that shot data with Garmin Express? This onetime workaround will often push that missing shot data to the app. You can also install any software and course updates to the watch.

Please also make sure Club Prompt is enabled on the watch:

As a last reset you can reset default settings on the watch.

  • I have already utilized Garmin Express. There is no shot data with the exception of the very first hole. Also I am not sure how the workaround helps the issue with not getting the club prompt. I did however just sync with Garmin express, Garmin golf on my phone and Garmin connect on both my phone and my computer. No new data. Just a note the virtual caddy works so it has my previous watch data.
