My Approach S62 watch touchscreen has suddenly stopped working. It started playing up about a week ago but after shutting it down and restarting it a handful of times it would eventually come right for a day or so but now it just won’t come right. It’s not even a year old and trying to find an email address for customer support in Australia hasn’t been possible so far. Does anyone know how to rectify this issue or what caused it in the first place?
