works for the golf app but will not connect to ConnectIQ.
I have done the delete reinstall turn off and turn on and can’t get it to connect to IQ to download items.

I had the exact same issue. I removed the bluetooth pairing (forget device) and added it again.. that solved the issue for me. I am using Connect IQ on iOS.
I tried that multiple times. It is like it is half connected. S62 gets a check mark in IQ but says not connected.
i was able to download some watch faces but it will not let me configure the faces. I assume because it says not connected.
Try using the Garmin Express app on your PC to update and sync with the watch - that may reset a bunch of the connection states.
