Approach 62 stopped receiving notifications

Trying to read through posts about my s62 not receiving notifications any longer.  Is this still a software issue or has this been fixed.

  • The issue was resolved with the recent version of the Garmin golf app. There is a possibility you may need to toggle permissions in the app.

    You can also try clearing the pairing history between the watch and phone and re-pair. This will take you through the notification setup process.

  • Since the 'fix' with the Garmin Golf app several weeks ago , notifications had been working fine etc , It has this week though started to 'play up' again !!?  I'm having to  force stop / reconnect / unpair etc to get it working again ..When it does happen , it appears to be when go out of range of bluetooth and then occasionally when it reconnects it doesn't always send notifications ??!!  

    Anyone else experiencing this ??

  • Notifications playing up again this week !! Had it 3 times now , today after playing 18 holes checked phone and had missed calls / messages etc Smirk  Even after unpairing , checking apps , etc etc still not getting them on watch ! Seem to have to try various combinations of things till it works again !!! 
    Why though , after a month or so of it working , and there was I thinking it had been finally resolved Smirk
