I played a round yesterday (a Wednesday) , got the final score, while the phone was paired but disconnected. After I drove back home, I found the last score/scorecard is lost in the watch.
I downloaded Garmin Connect and Garmin Golf, neither can get back the last round score from the watch. I can't also see the scorecard in the watch itself. It only shows a scorecard for last Saturday.
Hello! Can you connect the watch to a computer and sync with Garmin Express? This manual sync method may push the scorecard from the watch to the app.
The file for the scorecard may still be in the directory on the watch. The sync will move any files on the watch to the app, just a suggestion. If for some reason there is no scorecard at all, do you recall…
I agree, it should be saving every scorecard. If within the return window, it may be best to do that with the seller.
