Automatic Scoring with S62

Hi , Just finished my round with my new Approach S62 and I’m a little confused but I figured since each shot was registered example “Driver , 3 wood , SW , it would have registered those shots so when I get to the green the only thing entering would be the putts/chips. But you have to confirm the strokes for the whole hole. Is this correct ? I could easily be doing something wrong and user error but if entered in and confirm the shots already why ask me to do it again?

I'm also a new S62 owner (4 rounds under my belt so far). Yes it registers all the strokes but does ask you to confirm the total strokes at the end of the hole. I think the main reason is the S62 watch can not register the chips and putts around/on the greens so it just asks you to confirm the total strokes.
