Same problem on my S62. It happened several times already, as a rule once in a several month. The watch was bought new. Only thing that helped to fix problems was resetting the watch. And I do not want to reset my watch all the time. It annoys me because I have to reconfigure watch again and again. How can I fix the problem permanently?
