Garmin S62 "Pulse oximeter version mismatch. Update Software".

I just bought a Garmin S62 a week ago. The oximeter was working fine until 2 days ago. The message "Pulse oximeter version mismatch. Update Software". I try to reset the phone, sync with Garmin Express. It still does not work. What can I do now ?

Also, My calendar was working fine for yesterday and today it can't shows any event despite my I phone shows there is appointments in my calendar .

I am sorry but that error means you have either a failed PulseOX sensor hardware failure or your PulseOX software has an issue. Please return your Approach S62 back to the retail or online store it was…

I am sorry but that error means you have either a failed PulseOX sensor hardware failure or your PulseOX software has an issue. Please return your Approach S62 back to the retail or online store it was purchased from and swap it for another new one.

I found the same problem but the retail shop not swap the new one for me what can I do

I am sorry you are having the same issue with your PulseOX sensor. If you haven't already, please try to update your watch using Garmin Express on your computer.

The return period for a device is up to the terms of the retail or online vendor the watch was bought from. If you are outside of that return period, you can still exchange your watch with your regional Golf Product Support.
