I just bought an Approach S62. I have connected it to my iPhone 12 and all seems well except for the ConnectIQ. That app will not show the watch is connected and I am unable to do anything with the watch face. I have now spent about 4 hours following different related posts with no luck. I am frustrated and will soon return this watch as honestly, I was expecting something far superior to this, especially given the price point. When I connect to the app and try and pair the device it says it's not found but I am left with no other option. If I choose to select a device (like I can choose manually) the next screen has no options other than customer support. This brings me to the forums. Seriously it's like a phone message tree with Frontier TV. I love the looks of the watch and it's great for a golf game but honestly what's up with the apps? HELP HELP HELP.
Any thoughts??
