I really asking why some request has been ask and add to a "list" list for what!?

    We try to get people on lists (tickets) so that our development team is aware of the interest in a feature request. The more people we can add, the better chance of a request being implemented. Usually the forums are a great way to gauge interest, however there is never a guarantee that a suggestion will be implemented, especially if interest is low. That's why those lists are important.

    Well, you didn't add a SINGLE feature in 8 (EIGHT) months. How come you haven't worked on a single feature for 8 months when there has been several great and needed functions suggested. Your watch is so far behind the dedicated golf watches in terms of data and functions that it's starting to look like a joke. Also the forum is NOT a great way to gauge interest, it's like browsed by 20 people in total. The most "people on the list" for a feature is like 10 at best.

    How come you don't just add them to a list and work them off one by one? Why don't you wanna make the watch better for its users?

    There are so many questions surrounding the decision making from you and your team that i don't know where to start...

    But since you say the forum is a great way to gauge interest i hope all those people reading see this before they buy the product and realize how little you actually care about your customers.

    The forums are just one channel we gather interest from, it is not the only way we gauge interest. We have many more that call in or email in that provide us feedback. I am sorry you feel the way that you do. Regardless, suggestions are always welcome and letting our development team know about them is always something I will do.
