Hello

when using my G62 for fitness (runs/walks) the clock works but the distance does not move!

Worked fine for months and now just stopped - everything else (golf) is fine - please help otherwise watch could be getting sent back

Please try resetting the watch:

Touch Menu button > Settings > System > Reset > Restore Default Settings

Please also make sure the software on the watch is up to date following the steps in the support article linked below:

Yes it did work - lost some data but started to work straight away
