Similar to previously reported cases I am not seeing any shot by shot data overlaid on the course map after the round Approach S62 with latest SW (as of 6th June 2021) Apple iPhone (7, IOS 14.6) with latest Garmin golf app from app store. I tried all the discussed "fixes" these did not work. What is the official recommended solution to this issue?

We are talking about the shot visuals on the course overview in the app? Can you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Golf app? If the issue persists, please hover over my name and send me a private…

I have the same issue. I just got the watch. Shot by shot worked one round and no longer working.

Although I'm using a Venu 2, I'm having the same issue so I suspect it's a Garmin Connect problem and not specific to a particular watch model. My round on 8/20 recorded the shot-by-shot data as usual but the last two rounds on 8/21 and 8/21 didn't. Neither the Garmin Golf app nor Garmin Connect on the web shot the shot-by-shot data.

I recall installing the 4.60 beta around 8/18 but the watch now has the production firmware (4.67). I'm not sure when that was installed.

I have the same issue, started two rounds back, show a blank hole view without any shot data. I reinstalled app without any change.

Are you keeping score for the round or tracking clubs? In my experience, the shots will only show on the map if you kept score or recorded which club was used for the shot. Also, has the firmware recently been updated? Sometimes, a firmware update will reset the settings to default and you have to re-enable keeping score or shot tracking.

One final thing, you will need to sync the watch with the app after the round for the scorecard and visuals to show.
