Connect IQ doesn’t work on my S62

I’m using Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max.

S62 woks fine with only Golf app and Connet IQ. However, if i install Connect, Connect IQ can not recognize the S62.

why?

You'd have to go into Bluetooth settings and then "forget device" and then add it again in the golf app. Then it also connects to Connect and CIQ. At least that's how I fixed the issue.
